# Managing Multiple Projects in SwiftXR with Folder Organization

Imagine working with 2 or more clients and you have all their projects jumbled together on one account? That can bring a lot of disorganization into your work, which can be easily avoided by using our folder feature.

So, if you love an organized work space with projects well named and stored, then here’s how to use it.

### How to manage Projects with Folders on SwiftXR

#### 1. Go to the Projects Tab

Go to the Projects tab and click ”Create Folder” to create a folder. Name the folder and click “create” to finish setting up.

#### 2. Add projects into the folder

With the folder set up, you can now transfer the appropriate projects into each folder. Simply go to the project you want to add to the folder, click the three dots at the far right side of the project, and click “Organize”.

This immediately adds the project into that specific folder, making for an organized work space. However, you can only add a published project into a folder, as an unpublished one remains in the main list tab.
