# Image Tracking

## Introduction

The Image Tracking component extends the 3D viewer component but with added functionality.&#x20;

That Image Tracking allows for you to attach your 3D object to an image so it tracks it and displays on the image when the Object is pointed on the image\

All components in SwiftXR are extended from the 3D Model Viewer.
